Using Your VA Referral is Simple
Follow these steps to start your acupuncture care with us.
Get a Referral
Request a referral for Acupuncture from your VA Primary Care Provider or PACT team.
Authorization
The VA and Optum will process your request. You will receive an authorization letter in the mail.
Schedule Visit
Once you have your authorization number, call us at (920) 266-6395 or (920) 253-4655 to book your session. We’ll handle the billing directly with the VA. No red tape, no upfront fees. Just focus on your health, on your terms.
